Who we are
InstaLuxe Laundry ("InstaLuxe", "we") provides laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services with pickup and delivery in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Contact: hello@instaluxelaundry.com.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and WhatsApp profile name, when you contact or book with us.
- Pickup and delivery addresses, and the location pin you share for an order.
- Order details: services, garments, notes, photos taken at pickup or delivery, and order history.
- Payment status. Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store card numbers.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
How we use it
- To schedule, collect, process, deliver and invoice your orders.
- To send order updates, OTPs and service messages on WhatsApp or SMS.
- To resolve complaints and claims, and to keep records required by law, including GST.
- To send offers, only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run InstaLuxe, such as our messaging, payment, hosting and delivery partners, and only for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. Other personal data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights. Write to hello@instaluxelaundry.com and we will respond promptly.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and handovers are verified by OTP.
